This private yacht cruise is rented as a full package, so individual per-person rates do not apply. Pricing is based on the entire boat rental, regardless of the number of guests (within capacity limits).

Food & Beverages:

If requested, non-alcoholic refreshments and buffet meals can be arranged at an additional charge of AED 30 per person. This includes water, soft drinks, tea/coffee, and a selection of snacks or meals.

1. Booking & Payment

All bookings must be made through our official website. Payments are securely processed via major credit/debit cards and authorized payment gateways. Your reservation is confirmed once the payment is successfully completed. By completing the payment, you confirm you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

2. Age & Pricing Policy

Our pricing and seating policy is based on guest age and height to ensure safety and comfort:

0 – 3 years: Free entry when accompanied by a guardian.

3 – 9 years: Charged at child rate.

9 years and above: Charged at adult rate.

Please notify us in advance if traveling with infants or young children so we can prepare appropriate seating arrangements.

3. Cruise Modifications & Cancellations

Requests to reschedule or cancel must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled cruise time. Eligible cancellations within this timeframe may receive refunds according to our Cancellation Policy. No refunds are provided for no-shows or late arrivals.

4. Cruise Vessel & Seating

Our traditional Dhow Cruise features two decks:

Lower deck: Fully air-conditioned and enclosed, offering a comfortable dining atmosphere regardless of the weather.

Upper deck: Open-air and uncovered, providing guests with panoramic views of the Dubai Marina skyline—perfect for enjoying the breeze and capturing stunning photos.

Unless a private booking is made, seating is shared with other guests and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis at the time of boarding. While we do our best to accommodate preferences, specific seat assignments cannot be guaranteed.

The vessel’s capacity is carefully managed to ensure a relaxed and pleasant experience for all guests.

5. Weather & Force Majeure

Cruises may be rescheduled or canceled due to adverse weather, sea conditions, government regulations, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer:

Rescheduling to another available date

A similar cruise experience of equal value

A full refund if no suitable alternative is available

We aim to handle such situations with flexibility and care to ensure guest satisfaction.

6. Responsibility & Risk

Participation in marine-based activities carries certain inherent risks. Guests are required to follow all safety instructions provided by our crew. Unique Desert Tourism is not liable for any lost or unattended personal belongings during the cruise.

7. Travel Insurance

We highly recommend all guests have valid travel and health insurance before joining the cruise. Our vessels are fully insured and maintained to meet the highest safety standards, but personal coverage is advised for added peace of mind.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to offer a fair and transparent cancellation process. All bookings made through our official website are subject to the following cancellation terms:

• 7 or more calendar days before the tour date: No cancellation fee. You will receive a full refund.
• 4 to 6 calendar days before the tour date: A 50% cancellation fee will apply. You will receive a 50% refund.
• Less than 3 calendar days before the tour date: 100% cancellation fee. No refund will be issued.
• On the tour date or in case of no-show: 100% cancellation fee. No refund will be issued.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used during booking. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
