Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the services offered by Unique Desert Tourism. By booking any tour — including desert safaris, dhow cruises, catamaran cruises, or city tours — you agree to comply with these terms.

Bookings & Payment

• All bookings must be made in advance through our official website and are subject to availability.
• Full payment is required to confirm your reservation. Payments are processed securely via major credit/debit cards and authorized payment gateways.
• By completing payment, you confirm your authorization to use the selected payment method.

Pricing Policy

• All prices are listed in AED and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Prices and tour conditions may change without prior notice. Please contact us for the latest information.
• Age-based pricing applies: rates for infants, children, and adults vary by tour type.

Tour & Cruise Policies

• Customers must arrive at the pickup location at least 15 minutes before departure.
• Tour itineraries may change due to weather, operational needs, or government regulations.
• Safety regulations must be followed at all times.
• Participation in any activity is at your own risk. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Visa Services

Visa issuance is subject to approval by UAE immigration authorities. Unique Desert Tourism is not responsible for delays or rejections.

Cruise & Desert Vehicle Details

• Desert safaris use spacious 4×4 vehicles with licensed drivers and air-conditioning.
• Dhow and Catamaran cruises may involve shared seating unless a private booking is made. All vessels are fully maintained and insured.
• Special seating or arrangements — especially for infants and young children — should be requested in advance.

Modifications, Cancellations & Refunds

• Customers may cancel or reschedule tours according to our Refund Policy. Requests must be made at least 24–48 hours in advance, depending on the tour type.
• Unique Desert Tourism reserves the right to cancel tours due to unforeseen events, low participation, weather, or government restrictions. In such cases, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.
• No-shows or late arrivals may not be eligible for a refund.

Responsibility & Liability

We are not liable for personal injury, loss of belongings, or other damages during tours. Guests must follow all safety instructions, and participation in any activity carries inherent risks.

• Tour offers, itineraries, and inclusions are subject to change without prior notice.
• Photos and videos may be taken during tours for promotional purposes; please inform us if you'd prefer not to appear.
• All tours are subject to availability and full-capacity rules.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
