This private yacht cruise is rented as a full package, so individual per-person rates do not apply. Pricing is based on the entire boat rental, regardless of the number of guests (within capacity limits).

1. Booking & Payment

All bookings must be made through our official website. Payments are securely processed via major credit/debit cards and authorized payment gateways. Your reservation is confirmed once the payment is successfully completed. By completing the payment, you confirm you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

2. Age & Pricing Policy

Our pricing and seating policy is based on guest age and height to ensure safety and comfort:

• 0 – 3 years: Free entry when accompanied by a guardian. 
• 3 – 9 years: Charged at child rate.
• 9 years and above: Charged at adult rate.

Please notify us in advance if traveling with infants or young children so we can prepare appropriate seating arrangements.

3. Cruise Modifications & Cancellations

Requests to reschedule or cancel must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled cruise time. Eligible cancellations within this timeframe may receive refunds according to our Cancellation Policy. No refunds are provided for no-shows or late arrivals.

4. Cruise Vessel & Seating

Our catamaran features two spacious decks, both fully enclosed with panoramic windows. The vessel offers a climate-controlled environment, ensuring comfort and protection from the weather throughout the year.

Unless a private charter is booked, seating is shared with other guests and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis at boarding. While we try to accommodate seating preferences, specific seat assignments cannot be guaranteed.

The vessel’s capacity is limited to maintain an intimate and premium experience for all guests.

5. Weather & Force Majeure

Cruises may be rescheduled or canceled due to adverse weather, sea restrictions, government directives, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:

• Rescheduling to an alternative available date
• Offering a similar cruise experience of equal value
• A full refund if no alternative is acceptable

Our goal is to minimize inconvenience and ensure guest satisfaction.

6. Responsibility & Risk

Participation involves inherent marine activity risks. Guests must follow crew instructions at all times for safety. Unique Desert Tourism is not responsible for any lost or unattended personal belongings.

7. Travel Insurance

We highly recommend all guests obtain personal travel and health insurance prior to joining the cruise. Our vessels are fully insured and maintained to the highest safety standards, but personal coverage provides added peace of mind.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to offer a fair and transparent cancellation process. All bookings made through our official website are subject to the following cancellation terms:

• 7 or more calendar days before the tour date: No cancellation fee. You will receive a full refund.
• 4 to 6 calendar days before the tour date: A 50% cancellation fee will apply. You will receive a 50% refund.
• Less than 3 calendar days before the tour date: 100% cancellation fee. No refund will be issued.
• On the tour date or in case of no-show: 100% cancellation fee. No refund will be issued.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used during booking. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

To cancel or modify your booking, please contact our customer support team via email or WhatsApp with your booking reference.
