Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the services offered by Unique Desert Tourism.
By booking any tour, including desert safaris, dhow cruises, catamaran cruises, or city tours, you agree to comply with these terms.

Bookings & Payment

• All bookings must be made in advance through our official website and are subject to availability.
• Full payment is required to confirm your reservation. Payments are securely processed via major credit/debit cards and authorized gateways.
• By completing the payment, you confirm authorization to use the selected payment method.

Pricing Policy

• All prices are listed in AED and inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Prices and tour conditions may change without prior notice. For latest information, please contact us.
• Age-based pricing applies: infants, children, and adults rates vary per tour type.

Tour & Cruise Policies

• Customers must arrive at the pickup location at least 15 minutes before departure.
• Tour itineraries may change due to weather, operational needs, or government regulations.
• Safety regulations must be followed at all times.
• Participation in any activity is at your own risk. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Visa Services

Visa issuance is subject to approval by UAE immigration authorities. Unique Desert Tourism is not responsible for delays or rejections.

Cruise & Desert Vehicle Details

• Desert safaris: spacious 4×4 vehicles with licensed drivers and air-conditioning.
• Dhow & Catamaran cruises: seating may be shared unless private booking is made. Vessels are fully maintained and insured.
• Special seating or arrangements should be requested in advance, especially for infants and young children.

Modifications, Cancellations & Refunds

• Customers may cancel or reschedule tours according to our Refund Policy. Requests must be made at least 24–48 hours prior depending on the tour type.
• Unique Desert Tourism reserves the right to cancel tours due to unforeseen events, low participation, weather, or government restrictions. A full refund or reschedule will be offered.
• No-shows or late arrivals may not be eligible for refunds.

Responsibility & Liability

• We are not liable for personal injury, loss of belongings, or other damages during tours.
• Guests must follow safety instructions. Participation in any activity carries inherent risks.

Important Notes

• Tour special offers, itineraries, and inclusions are subject to change without prior notice.
• Photos and videos may be taken for promotional purposes; please inform us if you do not wish to appear.
• All tours are subject to availability and full capacity rules.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Dubai courts.
