At Unique Desert Tourism, we strive to provide excellent service. However, if you need to cancel your booking, our refund policy is as follows:

1. Cancellations by the Customer

• More than 48 hours before tour date: Full refund.
• 24–48 hours before tour date: 50% refund.
• Less than 24 hours or no-show: No refund.

2. Visa Services

• Visa processing fees are non-refundable once submitted to immigration.

3. Cancellations by Unique Desert

• If we cancel a tour due to weather, government restrictions, or operational reasons, customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

4. Refund Processing

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
