- Pick up timings can be modified up to 1 hour depends on your location and traffic.
- In Wild Wadi Land Dubai, some tours require the original passport or Emirates ID. If you forget, we are not responsible for any tour where your passport or ID is mandatory.
- Seating arrangement is done as per the availability.
- If the guest does not appear on time and our vehicle departs from pick-up location, Unique Desert LLC is not responsible for missed tour (No Refund).

- Cancellation made before 7 calendar days prior to the tour date, there is no cancellation fee (full Amount Refund).
- Cancellation in 4 – 6 calendar days before the tour date you charged a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellation within 3 calendar days before the tour date,you will be charged a 100% cancellation fee (no refund).
