2. Age & Child Pricing Policy

Children aged 4 to 9 years are eligible for child pricing. Guests 10 years and above are charged adult rates. Children under 3 years may participate free of charge if seated on a parent’s lap. If a certified child safety seat is requested, the adult rate applies. We offer child seats upon prior request.

3. Tour Modifications & Cancellations

Changes or cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the tour time. Cancellations made within the allowed timeframe are eligible for a refund as per our Cancellation Policy. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late arrivals.

4. Safety & Health Guidelines

To ensure a safe and comfortable experience, the following guidelines apply:

• Children under 3 years may join the tour only if seated on a parent's lap or in a certified child safety seat. We provide child seats upon request.
• Pregnant women are not allowed to participate in dune bashing or other physically demanding activities.
• Guests with heart conditions, spinal injuries, or severe back problems are advised not to join dune bashing.

Our team may decline participation in any activity if safety is at risk.

5. Vehicles & Seating

Tours are operated in air-conditioned 4×4 Land Cruiser vehicles, shared with other guests unless a private tour is booked. Each vehicle accommodates up to 6 passengers (excluding the driver). Seats are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis at pickup. Specific seat selection is not guaranteed unless pre-approved due to medical reasons.

6. Weather & Force Majeure

In rare cases, tours may be postponed or canceled due to unforeseen events such as extreme weather, road closures, or government regulations. Should this occur, we will offer:

• Rescheduling the tour to another available date
• Offering a similar tour of equal value
• Full refund if rescheduling is not possible

We aim to handle such situations fairly and ensure minimal inconvenience to our guests.

7. Responsibility & Risk

By participating in our tours, guests acknowledge the potential risks involved in desert activities such as dune bashing and camel riding. All participants are expected to follow safety instructions provided by our team. Personal belongings remain the responsibility of the guest throughout the experience.

8. Travel Insurance

We highly recommend that guests have personal travel and health insurance before joining any tour. All our safari vehicles are fully insured and maintained to the highest safety standards. While we do our best to ensure a safe journey, having individual coverage provides added peace of mind.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to offer a fair and transparent cancellation process. All bookings made through our official website are subject to the following cancellation terms:

• 7 or more calendar days before the tour date: No cancellation fee. You will receive a full refund.
• 4 to 6 calendar days before the tour date: A 50% cancellation fee will apply. You will receive a 50% refund.
• Less than 3 calendar days before the tour date: 100% cancellation fee. No refund will be issued.
• On the tour date or in case of no-show: 100% cancellation fee. No refund will be issued.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used during booking. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
